Dusty Pages Review: Cinderella Housekeeper
I only managed to read through the first story before I gave up on this book.
Its a very typical selection of contemporary romance - neither character wants to fall in love again but they do. The tale was rather stagnant in that respect. It dragged on with little to no twists or excitement.
The romance was what I would term "hearts & flowers" - absolutely no heat or steam to be had here. In fact I could pass this book to an elderly aunt to read without being embarrassed. Absolutely nothing happens on the page - I was bored.
That's not to say the tale I read (from Fiona Harper) wasn't well written, it was, it just wasn't for me.
